Return Requirements

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the merchandise. Returns cannot be processed after this date.

Items must be new, unused, and in intact packaging (including original packaging, labels, instructions, accessories, etc.), ensuring they are not resaleable. Food products must be unopened, unexpired, and free of any signs of damage related to quality issues.

Returned items must match the items in your order and cannot be mixed with items not originally ordered.

Return Process

Submit a request: Log in to ambioric.com, go to "My Orders," find the order you wish to return, click "Request a Return," and enter the reason for return, quantity, and contact information.

Return Verification: We will review your return request within 2 business days of receiving it. Upon approval, we will email you the return address and return instructions.

Returning Products: You must return your item within 3 business days of receiving it. Return the item to the designated address within 1 business day. (You are responsible for the return shipping fee. If the return is due to product quality issues or a delivery error, we will reimburse you for the reasonable return shipping fee.)

Refund Processing: After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. Once we confirm that the item meets the return requirements, we will process a refund. The refund amount will be credited to your payment account. The specific arrival time is subject to the payment platform's regulations.

Circumstances in which returns are not permitted:

Items that have been used, have damaged packaging, or are unsuitable for resale;

Food products that have been opened or have expired;

Returns due to personal reasons (such as accidental purchase, dislike of the item, etc.) exceeding the 7-day return period;

Customized grocery products (e.g., with special engraving, custom packaging, etc.)
